Like many people, I’ve got a sweet tooth. I love chocolate. And I’m always intrigued by recipes that combine extra virgin olive oil and chocolate.
So I couldn’t resist posting a recipe for chocolate truffles made with our Arbequina extra virgin olive oil. World renown chocolatier Alice Medrich developed the truffles for California Olive Ranch. She’s an award-winning cookbook author and is known as the First Lady of Chocolate. We work with Alice to help us develop different recipes.
